AI companies leasing over ten times more London offices
Artificial intelligence firms are significantly expanding their physical presence and operations across London. Office space leased by these companies has grown by more than tenfold over the last 12 months, reaching 450,000 sq ft last month. This contrasts with an average of 40,000 sq ft across 2025, and includes Microsoft taking 100,000 sq ft in Soho.
