After 65 years, Lincoln City promoted to Championship
Lincoln City will play second-tier football next season, a level they haven't reached since 1961. They secured promotion to the Championship by beating Reading 2-1, with Jack Moylan scoring a winner in the 96th minute. This win gave manager Michael Skubala's team an insurmountable 19-point lead in League One above third-place Bradford City, extending their unbeaten run to 24 games.
