Accenture pays $25M over race and sex-based hiring targets
The New York-listed consultancy firm agreed to the payment on Tuesday 15 September 2026 to resolve claims it violated federal anti-discrimination rules. The Department of Justice alleged the Dublin-headquartered company used race- and sex-based targets for hiring and promotions. Accenture denies all wrongdoing and signed the settlement without admitting any liability.
