Navy destroyer HMS Dragon delayed after drone strikes base

Hezbollah fighters reportedly targeted RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus using a drone found containing Russian technology. Although Defence Secretary John Healey announced a response, the destroyer HMS Dragon has not yet departed Portsmouth. It will take at least three days to arrive once the vessel begins its journey. Professor Anthony Glees argues this incident exposes a systemic failure within the nation's armed forces.
