Russia, Turkey discuss S-400 missile system resale reports.

Possible changes to the missile deal could affect sanctions discussions between Turkey and the United States. Moscow said on Friday it remains in contact with Turkey about Russian S-400 missile systems after Hurriyet reported Ankara could resell them to an unnamed Gulf country. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called it an extremely sensitive issue and said contact would continue on it.
