Fuel shortages cause public anger across Russia as Ukraine hits oil sites
Petrol shortages are causing anger across Russia, with drivers fighting at pumps and organised crime groups reselling fuel at triple the price. Ukrainian strikes on key oil facilities are damaging the economy, leading some to question President Vladimir Putin's war. Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna speculated that the mounting pressure could lead to Putin "jump out of a window".
