Morrisons discusses £600m real estate financing with US firm.
Shoppers could see the supermarket raise fresh funding as it looks at options linked to its store estate. Sky News reported on Monday that Morrisons is discussing a real estate financing arrangement with several parties, including U.S.-based Realty Income, worth about £600 million. CBRE had earlier been asked to assess plans to raise up to £1 billion against freehold stores.
