UK Rejects Renegotiation as Cyprus Pushes for Base Security Talks
Cyprus is seeking updated security arrangements after Iranian drone attacks hit British military bases on the island. President Nikos Christodoulides spoke with Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Saturday, requesting new talks on the 1960 treaty governing RAF Akrotiri and Dhekelia.
