Trump order makes Anthropic stop AI models
People outside the United States could lose access to advanced AI tools, raising concerns about technology independence in countries including the UK. On Saturday, Anthropic said it withdrew Fable 5 and Mythos 5 after a US government order blocked non-American nationals from using the models on national security grounds. Kanishka Narayan, Tom Tugendhat, Raoul Ruparel and Zia Yusuf all commented on the decision.
