£4.66m goes to Notting Hill Carnival for safety plans

London's Mayor, Sir Sadiq Khan, announced £4.66m extra money for this year's event, which is now 60 years old. Susan Hall, the top City Hall Conservative, criticised this spending, suggesting funds should have saved police counters.
