UK forces run out of drones in 7 days during Russian attack.
Senior military figures have warned that British drone supplies could be exhausted within a week if Russia launched an attack against NATO members. Defence officials also said the UK may not be fully prepared to respond effectively to Russian aggression in Eastern Europe before 2030. Britain's defence spending is projected to reach 2.6% of its GDP by 2027-28 (including security services), compared with Poland's approximate 4.5% in 2025.
