US pressure ends Cuba’s medical missions in six nations
Millions of people in developing countries could lose vital healthcare because the US has targeted Cuban medical missions. Following pressure from the US administration, several nations have recently ended their long-standing medical cooperation agreements with Cuba. Over 400 Cuban medical workers, for instance, are set to leave indigenous communities in Guatemala by year-end.
