Edinburgh Festival goes phone-free for concerts
This year's Edinburgh International Festival wants audiences to switch off their phones during performances to protect the live experience. Director Nicola Benedetti says artists and audiences asked for the change, as last year's concerts were disrupted by mobile phones. You can still take photos at curtain calls, before and after shows, and at intervals.
