Tesla Energy will sell UK home electricity

Consumers in England, Scotland, and Wales can now buy electricity directly from Tesla. Energy regulator Ofgem confirmed on Thursday that Tesla Energy Ventures Limited received an electricity supply licence for domestic and non-domestic customers. This approval, granted by the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, followed a seven-month application period and took effect on Wednesday evening.
