Chelsea sell Tyrique George to Everton for £24 million fee
Chelsea have confirmed that 20-year-old Tyrique George has joined Everton permanently, bringing in £24 million for the club. The deal includes £18 million upfront, with an extra £6 million in add-ons, plus a 15 per cent sell-on clause for Chelsea. George, who spent part of last season on loan with Everton, signed a four-year deal with the Merseysiders.
