EasyJet investors demand £600m more after rejecting $6.3B offer
Travellers and shareholders could see a bigger takeover price if talks continue. EasyJet and its investors are seeking at least £600 million more after rejecting a $6.3 billion offer from US firm Castlelake, with the proposal made public on Monday. One unnamed investor said discussions could start at £7 a share, valuing the airline at about £5.3 billion.
