Lucy Letby Won't Face Further Charges; Brand Faces New Charges
Lucy Letby, the convicted child serial killer, will not face additional criminal charges, prosecutors announced today. Evidence did not meet the standard for further prosecution. Meanwhile, Russell Brand appeared in court via video link from the US, facing new rape and sexual assault charges from 2009. He was granted bail and will appear in Southwark Crown Court on February 17. He still faces trial later this year for five original charges.
