Iran attacks US bases after Israel strike
In response to a combined offensive by the United States and Israel, Iran has carried out reprisal attacks in multiple locations across the Middle East. Iran's Revolutionary Guard initiated rocket assaults on American military facilities throughout the Gulf area, as Iranian troops simultaneously attacked a U.S. naval base located in Bahrain. Explosions previously shook the Iranian capital, Tehran, during the initial US and Israel assault. US President Donald Trump stated "major combat operations" are under way.
