French Danone pays €1 billion for British Huel.

Customers of Huel's nutritionally complete food may see its products become available in more places. The French company Danone acquired the British brand Huel, founded in 2015 by Julian Hearn and James Collier, in a €1 billion deal. This acquisition is part of Danone’s strategy to grow its presence in functional and complete nutrition, expanding its portfolio.
