Oxfordshire Council seeks court order to remove flags.

People could see fewer flags on roads and lamp-posts if a court order is approved. Oxfordshire county council applied for a high court injunction after continuing flag displays linked to the Raise the Colours group, with a hearing set for 23 June. Officials said more than 300 union and St George’s flags have been removed so far, at a cost of £15,000 to the county.
