Putin won't meet Zelensky, but thanks Trump

Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelensky has called for a direct meeting with Vladimir Putin to try and end the ongoing war. Zelensky wrote an open letter proposing talks and a ceasefire, but the Kremlin said he's welcome to meet Putin in Moscow instead. Putin also told journalists he's willing to agree, and Donald Trump thinks a meeting "would be great."
