Britain to Join EU's £78bn Ukraine Loan Scheme

The UK intends to begin negotiations to join the EU's 90 billion euro (£78 billion) loan scheme for Ukraine. Sir Keir Starmer will announce the move on Monday at the European Political Community summit in Yerevan, Armenia. The EU approved the loan last month after Hungary lifted its long-running veto on the funding.
