Concerns over delayed legal action have grown after a social media figure travelled abroad while facing accusations and an outstanding warrant. Several British women who accuse him of rape, assault and coercive control challenged the UK's decision to wait for Romanian proceedings before seeking extradition, after he appeared in Russia this week. His brother Tristan also travelled, and Romanian authorities had recently removed restrictions on their movements.
