Scottish Airline Loganair Launches First Electric Flights

Loganair became the first commercial carrier in the UK to introduce an all-electric aircraft to its network. The ALIA CTOL plane, built by US firm BETA Technologies, operates Royal Mail's Scottish routes. The aircraft has a range of 336 nautical miles and flies between Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness, Wick and Orkney.
