F1 Set To Cancel April Bahrain, Saudi Races
Fans will see a six-week gap in the 2026 calendar as April’s Formula 1 races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia face cancellation. F1 management seems forced to make this decision because of escalating violence and complex logistics in the Gulf region. On Thursday, Iran hit fuel and oil storage tanks in Bahrain, two weeks after attacking the US Navy Fifth Fleet headquarters nearby.
