Two days of gas remains in UK stores

Households across the UK may face higher energy costs and increased mortgage rates. This comes as Britain now pays Europe's highest wholesale gas prices, linked to declining Middle East supplies and reliance on imports. National Gas revealed reserves reduced from 18,000 GWh last year to 6,700 GWh, enough for just 1.5 days.
