Girl, 7, and Woman Killed in Crash Near Hindhead Tunnel
A seven-year-old girl and a 43-year-old woman, both from Portsmouth, have died after the red Ford Fiesta they were travelling in left the A3 southbound near the Hindhead Tunnel in Hampshire just after 10 am on Thursday. Emergency services attended the single-vehicle crash, but both were pronounced dead at the scene. Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage to aid the ongoing investigation.
