Wales NHS weight loss jab waits hit 10 years

People in Wales are paying privately for weight-loss jabs as NHS waiting lists for these services extend for up to 10 years. Wait times have doubled at two Welsh health boards and quadrupled at one, with Cardiff and Vale reporting 9-10 year waits. An estimated 186,000 people may qualify for the jabs, but Mounjaro is only available via specialist NHS services.
