Mayfair casino sued over claims staff kept tips
A previous waiter is suing Metropolitan Mayfair, alleging that he had to divide monetary gratuities with managers and other employees. He also raised concerns about how the optional 12.5% service charge was shared, saying management appeared to get a larger portion. The casino states it does not benefit from tips and is confident its policies follow all legal requirements.
