BYD bringing 5-minute EV chargers to UK

BYD, the world's biggest electric car maker, is investing about £300m to roll out ultra-fast charging points across Britain. The company will build 300 "Flash" chargers across the UK in the next nine months, rising to 600 by the end of 2027. These new stations can give a car a 30% to 70% battery boost in just five minutes.
