Lucy Powell says Burnham will change No 10 culture
People could see a more open working environment if promised changes are carried out. Lucy Powell said on Saturday that Andy Burnham would replace a long-running culture of anonymous attacks and favouritism in Downing Street with appointments based on ability, while removing staff who target women through briefings. Kemi Badenoch rejected her criticism, calling it whining.
