32 UK counties could hit 23C in April
Temperatures across many regions of England and Wales could feel like summer by the end of April, with warmth up to 12C above average. New WXCharts maps, based on ECMWF data for April 29, suggest about 32 counties will reach 20C or higher. Some areas in East Anglia, the South East, and the Midlands, including Essex and Kent, are forecast to potentially reach 23C.
