Ukraine gives Elon Musk the Order of Freedom to expand Starlink access

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy handed the SpaceX boss the prize on Wednesday to thank him for helping with frontline internet connections. Kyiv now wants permission to use the satellite network over Russian land so its forces can hit ballistic missile launchers. The Ukrainian leader said he previously faced resistance to the idea but has recently noticed more positive signals.
