Police arrest four men suspected of spying for Iran
Counter-terrorism officers from the Metropolitan Police have arrested four men suspected of conducting surveillance on the Jewish community in London on behalf of Iran. The suspects, comprising one Iranian national and three dual British-Iranian citizens, were detained in Barnet and Watford during early morning raids. They are currently being held on suspicion of assisting a foreign intelligence service in violation of the National Security Act 2023.
