Queen Camilla praises courage of survivor Gisèle Pelicot
Gisèle Pelicot says she was deeply touched to receive a private message of admiration from Queen Camilla regarding her bravery. The Royal wrote to praise the 73-year-old survivor’s grace after she endured a decade of abuse by her husband. She shared the text with the BBC before the release of her book, A Hymn To Life, calling the gesture an honour.
