Trump ends rule stating greenhouse gases are dangerous
President Donald Trump has annulled a significant 2009 decision which classified greenhouse emissions as a serious threat to human wellbeing. The White House asserts this deregulation will save automakers $2,400 for every vehicle produced and over $1tn in total. While former President Obama warned this action leaves citizens vulnerable, environmental groups have announced plans to fight the reversal in court.
