Ukraine's 'Donnyland' Proposal in Donbas Targets Trump

Peace talks could shape who controls part of eastern Ukraine and how people there live after the war. Ukrainian negotiators suggested calling a section of Donbas “Donnyland” to appeal to Donald Trump and push Washington to resist Russia’s land demands. The proposed area was described as about 50 miles long and 40 miles wide.
