NHS meets 65% hospital treatment goal

Patients can expect faster hospital treatment as the government hit a key interim target. The goal was for 65% of patients to be treated within 18 weeks by March 2026, with the figure reaching 65.3%. The overall waiting list also fell to 7.1 million, marking the lowest total in three and a half years.
