An estate manager received considerable compensation following the accrual of hundreds of unutilized leave days spanning several decades. Mossadek Ageli won £392,000 from a Watford Employment Tribunal for 827 days of leave he couldn't take across 25 years. His employer, Libyan-owned Sabtina Limited, consistently refused his annual leave requests due to work pressure.
