China factory adapts to Trump tariffs and turmoil

Jobs and orders were hit as trade tensions forced companies to adjust operations. Chinese electronics firm Agilian Technology saw demand fall when US tariffs caused clients to pause orders and push for production outside China during 2025. Despite attempts to move work to India and Malaysia, delays and costs slowed progress, while over half its revenue depends on US customers.
