TV Licence Fee Goes Up to £180 This Month

It is one of several cost changes hitting households at the start of April. A colour TV licence now costs £180, up £5.50 from £174.50, while a black-and-white licence rose from £58.50 to £60.50. Over-75s on Pension Credit and residents of certain care facilities can still claim concessions.
