4,000 London abuse cases may be looked at again
More victims could see their cases reviewed after earlier decisions ended investigations. Police examined 9,000 London group exploitation and sexual abuse cases dating from 2010 following Baroness Casey’s review, and identified more than 4,000 that may need fresh investigation. Those files have gone to the National Crime Agency, which will decide how many should be reopened.
