Cuba power grid fails again in one week
Millions again lost electricity as another nationwide outage left homes and businesses without power. Cuba's national electricity system stopped working on Friday for the second time that week, while officials said work to restore supplies had begun. It's the fourth nationwide failure this year, and around 10 million residents were affected after Monday's earlier blackout.
