A murder charge has been brought against a prisoner, following a serious incident in a maximum security jail. The Crown Prosecution Service accused Anthony Russell, 43, of killing Ian Huntley, 52, inside HMP Frankland. Before this, Huntley was a school caretaker who killed two girls, both ten, in Soham during 2002.
