US naval blockade of Iranian ports begins at 3PM UK time today
US Central Command confirmed that American forces will begin blockading all maritime traffic entering and exiting Iranian ports at 10AM ET today (3PM BST), in accordance with Trump's order. The blockade follows the collapse of 21-hour peace talks in Pakistan over the weekend. Trump told reporters the ceasefire is 'holding well' but added that Iran's 'whole navy is under water.'
