Simon Cowell sued over unpaid Syco exit fees.
People linked to a long-running business deal could see a court fight over disputed payments. Ian Rosenblatt began legal action in London's High Court on Wednesday, claiming Simon Cowell failed to pay agreed transaction fees after arrangements linked to his departure from Syco Entertainment and advisory role. Quinn Emanuel represents Rosenblatt, while Joseph Hage Aaronson & Bremen is acting for Cowell.
