Ofcom questions Telegram after Starmer arson conviction
Ofcom, the UK's media regulator, is questioning Telegram over how it detects illegal incitement after an arsonist was convicted. Roman Lavrynovych, 22, was directed on the app by a Russia-linked handler to commit arson attacks linked to Keir Starmer. He and Stanislav Carpiuc, 27, also convicted, are due to be sentenced on Friday.
