UK critical sites hit by 200 cyber attacks
The UK's essential services, like hospitals and power plants, faced over 200 cyber incidents in the last year. The National Cyber Security Centre, a state cybersecurity body, says three-quarters of these were from hostile states. Its chief executive, Richard Horne, warned AI could make these threats worse by 2028.
