Weight-loss jabs cut UK grocery bills by £418: What they're buying instead
More than 2,000,000 individuals across the UK currently take weight-loss drugs such as Wegovy and Mounjaro, and studies indicate this alters their shopping habits. A Worldpanel study found households with a user spent £418 less on groceries annually, totalling a national fall of £780m. People buy less chocolate, pastries, and alcohol, but more fruit, protein, chewing gum, mouthwash, and hair dye.
