Halley's Comet fragments visible in UK skies Wednesday

Stargazers across the UK can witness fragments from Halley's comet streak across the night sky this week. The Eta Aquariid meteor shower will reach its peak between midnight and dawn on Wednesday, visible to the East. Despite a bright waning gibbous moon, some meteors moving at up to 43 miles per second should still be seen.
